Kalyan Kar is the Co-Founder & Director of Inthink Knowledge Ventures Private Limited, which incubates “Innovative Inclusive Initiatives”. Kalyan firmly believes that innovative and effective utilization of technology can lead to Equitable, Inclusive & Sustainable growth for the society at large.

Currently, Kalyan is involved in incubating several start-ups in the areas of Technology, Education, Healthcare, BPM, Skill Development, Data Analytics and Agriculture.

Earlier, Kalyan Co-Founded an US based Healthcare Services company which was finally acquired by the World’s largest employee benefits organization for US$ 140 Million.

His ventures have won “Great Place to Work” award in India for 3 continuous years, as well as “Exciting Emerging Companies to Work for” by NASSCOM and was the All India Finalist for “NASSCOM Innovation Awards”.

Kalyan graduated from St. Xaviers’ College and is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Cost Accountant by Profession with All India Merit Rank in both the examinations. He is a regular Speaker in various Forums and is known for his business and social views and opinion in the Press, Electronic & Digital Media.

Kalyan is currently the Chairman of the National Education, HR & Skill Development Expert Committee of the Indian Chamber of Commerce as well as the Executive

Committee of Bengal Chamber and Innovation & IT Sub-Committee of CII. He is also the Governing Body Member of Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority (NDITA) & Vice President of the Sector V Stakeholders’ Association. Kalyan has served as the Jury for the CII Industrial Innovation Awards and is a Trustee of Sahaj Path, an initiative towards “Inclusive & Quality Education for All”.

Kalyan has also been a part of Government and Business Delegates to overseas countries promoting the “Make in India” initiative.

Tridibesh Bandyopadhyay is PGDM (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and recipient of 'SmithKline Beecham Award' for Excellence in Marketing at IIMC, Tridibesh has professional & entrepreneurial experience of over 20 years in Project Management, Strategic Consulting & Education Management.

Currently, Promoter-Director of InQube Innoventures, a knowledge management company platform for with focus on technology application for social impact - in areas like e-learning, agriculture, mobile governance, livelihood and remote healthcare. Promoted 2 national level business schools in India & Singapore with academic linkages with different Universities and qualification awarding bodies from UK. He is also member of the Academic Council of Karnavati University, Ahmedabad.

He is a Certified Corporate Governance Educator from Global Corporate Governance Forum, IFC, World Bank, and recipient of Education Leadership Award for 2013 from CMO-Asia. He is Member of Education and Skills committee in Indian Chamber of Commerce.

Soumyadip is a career banker with twenty nine years’ experience in frontline commercial banking, credit risk and operations process management. A chartered and cost accountant by training, Soumyadip’s last assignment was as a work-stream lead for ERP implementation in the Finance function of one of the world’s largest banks.

Subhankar has a rare blend of Technological knowledge, experience and Business acumen with an experience over 15 years in IT prevailing over BFSI and Education Domain with top companies like Oracle, Morgan Stanley, MSCI, iFlex Solutions etc. Subhankar has worked in 5 different continents and has an unique exposure to Global Technology and Business Practices. Won several industry based International and Internal awards in different capacities. His specialities include Mobile Banking App for Retail and Investment Banks including World’s first Mobile Banking App for JIBUN Bank, Japan. He has a deep passion for m-Governance and m-Commerce. He is a keen reader and loves to watch football and listen to music during his spare time.
